How are vinyl records packaged for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl to ensure your records arrive in pristine condition without corner dings or seam splits.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We accept returns on defective items within 30 days of purchase. However, once a record or CD is unsealed, it can only be returned if it has a manufacturing defect or playback issue.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Flur Discos ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
